Cancellation Policy
Please understand that when you miss or cancel an appointment in less than 24 hours without notice, other clients miss the opportunity to book an appointment. I also miss a chance to fill that appointment spot. Please be considerate of my time and others.
Do NOT cancel in less than 24 hours before your appointment.
All last minute cancellations will be charged 100% of the service. Discounts will not be applied. Anything later than 5 minutes will need to be rescheduled and will also result in cancellation fees.
My cancellation fees will not go towards future appointments. So please be aware of that when you reschedule.
Please GPS the address prior to booking and consider traffic to be on time for your appointment. I’m located right next to Office Max. Absolutely no kids, unless they are with an another adult. We do have a waiting area.
